Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review immunization records for school age children.
• Assist with medical and dental screenings.
• Prepare and file state reports as required by law.
• Conduct audiometric, scoliosis, vision, height and weight screenings.
• Provide other screenings as needed and maintain health records.
• Administer medication and provide first aid and emergency care.
• Notify parents of screening findings and coordinate follow-up.
• Submit monthly health services reports to Regional Director.
