Applitrack is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to support Desert Palms Elementary in Glendale, AZ. The role oversees the health needs of students, implements care plans, administers basic medical care, and maintains health records on site.

Responsibilities include collaborating with parents and health professionals, conducting screenings, and responding to emergencies to sustain a safe learning environment. This 9-month position follows district health policies.

Formación

• Must possess a current LPN license and two years of verifiable work experience as an LPN or equivalent.
• Knowledge of school health policies and state laws relating to administration of medication.
• Ability to maintain accurate health records and coordinate with healthcare providers.

Responsabilidades

• Administers first aid and medications to students and staff per health plans.
• Maintains student health records and health office inventory.
• Collaborates with parents, physicians, and school staff to implement health care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and conducts health screenings as required.
• Provides health education and in-service training to staff.
