Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a current LPN license.
• Minimum two years of verifiable work experience, preferably as LPN or related.
• Ability to maintain health records and follow district policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the health program within the assigned school.
• Supervise health screenings and provide follow-up as needed.
• Maintain and audit student immunization records and notify guardians.
• Serve as health resource for students, staff and parents.
• Provide emergency health care and report to supervising RN.
• Maintain health office records and support educational referrals.
