Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN license required with high school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of verifiable work experience; experience as LPN or Respiratory Therapist preferred.
• Must possess an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the health program within the assigned school.
• Supervise health screenings (hearing, vision, scoliosis, sickle cell, health assessments) and provide follow-up.
• Audit immunization records and notify parents of deficiencies; recommend immunizations.
• Serve as a health resource for students, staff, and parents.
• Provide emergency health care for students and staff.
• Maintain health records of all students.
• Contact parents or visit homes when necessary.
• Comply with policies related to administration of medicine to students.
• Work as a key member of the team involved in educational referrals.
