Interim HealthCare Staffing in Carbondale, PA is seeking a School Nurse LPN/RN to support students daily. You will provide direct care, administer medications per policies, and help maintain health records to stay compliant with state regulations.

Formación

• Active PA nursing license and accredited nursing program graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year in pediatric, school health, or community health nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to students for acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and school policies.
• Monitor and manage student health records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Develop and implement care plans for students with medical needs.
• Educate students, staff, and parents on health-related topics, including disease prevention and wellness.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
• Collaborate with school staff and community health resources to support students' well-being.

As a School Nurse (LPN/RN), you will:
