Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking a School Nurse (LPN/RN) in Carbondale, PA to support student health services. The nurse will provide direct care, administer medications, and manage health records in a diverse school environment.

You will develop care plans, educate students and staff, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with families and community health resources to promote student wellbeing. Requires PA nursing license and CPR, with pediatric/school health experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active PA nursing license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric, school health, or community health nursing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong assessment skills and critical thinking; ability to work independently.
• Compassionate communicator who collaborates with students, staff, and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to students for acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and school policies.
• Monitor and manage student health records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Develop and implement care plans for students with medical needs.
• Educate students, staff, and parents on health topics and wellness.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Collaborate with school staff and community health resources to support student wellbeing.

As a School Nurse (LPN/RN), you will:
