Job summary

Constellation Schools in Cleveland, OH is seeking a highly qualified School Nurse to provide quality health services at the assigned school(s), in compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and all relevant regulations. The role involves maintaining FERPA records, leading health programs, supervising medication administration, and collaborating with staff to promote a healthy school environment.

Experience in school health services and FERPA familiarity preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality health services following the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and school regulations.
Maintain FERPA-compliant health records for all students.
Provide first aid, supervising medication administration, and PPE training.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student health and safety.
Ensure OSHA compliance and health reporting; coordinate health supplies and training.
Deliver health education and counseling; coordinate community health resources.
