Masters Academy International seeks a compassionate Staff Nurse to support student health in our boarding school community. You will provide healthcare services, promote wellness, and help maintain a safe living and learning environment for students on campus.

The role requires an RN license in Massachusetts (or eligibility) and experience in school nursing or pediatrics. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for collaborating with staff, parents, and emergency services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or adolescent healthcare preferred.
• RN license in Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure.
• Clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to respond calmly in emergencies; strong organizational and record-keeping abilities; compassionate with adolescents.

Responsibilities
