Pediatric Home Service is seeking school nurses to provide one-on-one care to medically complex children in home and school settings, helping them attend school and participate with peers.

You will assess patients, administer medications, follow care plans, and educate families, enjoying a schedule that supports life outside work. We offer full-time, part-time, and overnight shifts in the Omaha area.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patients condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications treatments and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach ventilator airway and G tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
