Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a student in the school setting for the school year. This full-time role offers weekday hours and the opportunity to provide targeted nursing care.

You will support students with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube, seizures, diabetes, etc.) and may ride the bus with the patient as needed. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate per RN contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube feeding, seizure monitoring with rescue meds, personal care, diabetic care).
• May ride the bus to and from school with the patient.
