Job summary

Temporary Staffing Professionals is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a School Nurse in Glendale, AZ. You will provide direct nursing care to students, administer medications per physician orders, develop IHPs and support IEP/504 planning, respond to emergencies, and promote a safe, healthy school environment.

Ideal candidates hold an AZ RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and have experience in pediatric or school health settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid and emergency care
• Monitor and manage communicable diseases while promoting infection prevention and health education
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
• Collaborate with parents, physicians, teachers, and school staff to support students' health needs
• Provide health education and training to students and staff on wellness, safety, and medical procedures
• Ensure compliance with immunization requirements and other student health mandates
