Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind - ASDB is seeking a School Nurse (RN or LPN) for their Special Education Phoenix Campus. The role involves evaluating student health care needs, administering medications, and maintaining accurate health records.

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in the State of Arizona; evidence of completion of a physical assessment skills course; eligible for Arizona School Nurse Certification; current CPR Certification
Three years of experience, education or experience in pediatric nursing or urgent care nursing; ability to work effectively with many people; knowledge of handicapped children; and physical assessment skills with sports injuries
Good knowledge of assessment and treatment of children four (4) to twenty-two (22) years of age; good planning, organization, and communication skills; injury assessment skills helpful
Must utilize appropriate personal protective equipment as required
