BASIS Richardson is seeking a Monitor to join our bright, passionate team. The Monitor will oversee student activities such as lunches, recesses, parking duty, and structured programs to ensure safety and orderly conduct.

Qualified candidates typically hold a high school diploma or higher and prefer experience in a school or childcare setting. The role involves reporting incidents to management and assisting in front office tasks as applicable.

Formación

• IVP fingerprint clearance or state background check.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Experience in a school or childcare setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor students to ensure safety.
• Oversee students during lunches, recess, passing periods, and before/after school.
• Report any unruly behavior to school management.
• Inform supervisor of any damages to school property.
• Respond to emergencies with urgency.
• Exercise sound judgement in carrying out duties.
• Assist in front office support, as applicable.
• Maintain regular, full, predictable attendance.
• Supervise individual students and/or groups during structured and unstructured times.
• Other duties as assigned.
