Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard practices, codes, tools, materials and processes of the major building trades.
• Minimum two years of general building maintenance experience.
• Education: completion of the twelfth grade.

Responsabilités

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, roofing, and painting.
• Assist journeymen or work independently on non-journey level projects as assigned.
• Support cleaning tasks related to maintenance jobs.
