Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or appropriate equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in food service preferred.
• Possession of a valid class C Maryland driver's license or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform food service production and operational tasks as assigned.
• Assist in food preparation using standardized recipes and portion controls.
• Set up food on serving lines and serve meals or components.
• Conduct cashiering functions per established procedures.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Assist in maintaining production records and logs.
• Properly store food and supplies.
• Transport food to schools as required.
• Report to any site in the complex as assigned.
