Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up counter for food service and serve portions from steam tables and pre-measured cups.
• Handwash dishes and scrub pots and utensils after service.
• Collect money for school lunches and ala carte items as needed.
• Wash and prepare vegetables; assist cook with food prep.
• Prepare and serve fast-food items as required.
• Clear tables and clean kitchen and dining area.
