West Seneca Central School District seeks a temporary Assistant School Lunch Manager Substitute to support daily operations across district kitchens. Hours approx. 7:30 am–3:00 pm.

Duration through 6/18/2027. The role assists the Food Service Director with production records, substitutes, and overall food service coordination. Ideal candidates have school food service experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple buildings.

Qualifications

• Experience working in school food service.
• Knowledge of school meal program operations and production records.
• Experience with Mosaic BOH.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple buildings.
• Flexibility to assist with a variety of food service responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Mosaic Back of House (BOH) system, including entering recipes and nutritional information, updating pricing, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate substitute coverage to ensure staffing across district kitchens.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with daily operations, training, and food service needs.
• Place food and supply orders and assist with inventory management.
• Work with the Food Service Director to maintain smooth and consistent operations across the district.
• Perform other related duties to support the district's food service program.
