Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in serving meals to students while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Oversee food preparation, setup, and serving to meet nutritional requirements.
• Place orders from central kitchen and plan for next day needs.
• Monitor temperatures and take corrective actions as needed.
• Process receipts, deposits, and cash handling; serve as cashier.
• Train and supervise food service staff; prepare daily schedules.
