The Yay Company is hiring a Lunch Coordinator to bring healthy meals to schools with care and a smile. You’ll be the friendly face serving students, parents, and staff during lunch periods, ensuring timely deliveries and a smooth handoff at the point of service.

This role emphasizes reliability, organization, and a service-oriented mindset, with 2–4 hours per day, typically 9:30 AM–1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in schools across the local area.

Qualifications

• Must have strong time management and clear verbal communication.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to engage with students, staff and parents.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification within 14 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh lunches to schools and ensure smooth handoffs to students and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive lunchtime experience.
• Stay organized, manage daily meal service and deliveries with efficiency and accuracy.
