Qualifications

• High school diploma (required).
• Cooking and food preparation experience (required; 2 years preferred).
• Serve-Safe Certification (required).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Proficient in POS system for daily operations and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Prepares large-scale meals by planning cooking schedules based on menu requirements.
• Performs cooking tasks including meats, vegetables, salads, and other foods.
• Maintains records and requisitions supplies as needed.
• Process student and adult payments on school meal accounts.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen area and equipment after each use.
• Serve as Kitchen Manager during absences and supervise staff as needed.
