Job summary

Salem Public Schools - Food and Nutrition Services in Salem, MA is hiring a Food Service Worker for Monday through Friday, 2-5pm (19.5 hours per week). The role reports to the Kitchen Manager and offers a rate set by AFSCME, currently $23.47/hr with a potential $24.91/hr cap.

This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, Serve Safe certification (or willingness to become certified), strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Good organizational and written/spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities
