Taher, Inc. is seeking a Substitute Foodservice Aide to join our school lunch program. You will help prepare, serve, and clean up meals in a school kitchen, with flexible hours and guaranteed hours for planning and learning new skills.

You’ll be part of a team delivering nutritious, chef-created meals to students. Join us to contribute to a positive work environment, maintain high safety standards, and advance in a family-owned, chef-driven food service company with a nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• Food Service experience preferred/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to do simple arithmetic.
• Ability to make correct change and use a basic computation device.
• Contributes to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrates integrity and respects confidentiality.
• Dependable, Punctual.
• An independent self-starter able to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Follows food safety requirements/guidelines.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Duties of this position include preparing, serving, distributing and clean up and may require working in various areas.
