Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year LVN/LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for students with medical needs (e.g., Trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications).
• May ride the bus to and from school with patient.
