Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to daily student health needs, including first aid, chronic condition management, and medication administration
• Collaborate with school personnel to support individualized student care plans
• Provide health education to students, staff, and families as appropriate
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate health records and documentation in accordance with state and district policies
• Assist with health screenings and Immunization compliance
• Support emergency protocols and help manage communicable disease outbreaks or incidents
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming clinic environment that supports student safety and success
