Job summary

The Amergis team in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a School LPN/LVN to provide nursing support for students in a contract, full-time role. You will monitor health concerns, administer medications, and assist with chronic health needs under the school nurse's supervision.

Expect to maintain health records, communicate with families and staff, and support health education and safety efforts in the learning environment. Licensed practitioners with pediatric experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN/LVN license.
• 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
• Experience with children and adolescents.
• Knowledge of community health resources and public health services.
• CPR current if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student health concerns and provide nursing care as needed.
