Fernbrook Family Center in Mankato, MN is seeking a School Link Clinical Trainee – Mental Health Services to provide diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and skills-based services to children, adults, and families under licensed supervision.

This salaried position offers strong clinical supervision, meaningful client work, and hands-on experience toward licensure, with a flexible schedule and opportunities to work within diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or current graduate student in field placement) working toward LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
• Strong ethics, professionalism and commitment to learning.
• Ability to manage time independently and work collaboratively.
• Openness to feedback and clinical growth.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Clinical Trainees provide diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and skills-based services to children, adults, and families while working under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. This role offers meaningful client work, strong clinical supervision, and hands-on experience toward licensure.

What You’ll Do
