Job summary

Fernbrook Family Center is hiring a qualified Mental Health Professional to provide therapy to children, adults, and families in home, office, and community settings. A sign-on bonus accompanies this full-time role.

Openings are at Twin Bluff Middle School and Red Wing High School, with a supportive, mission-driven team and flexible scheduling within 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. The role emphasizes collaboration and ongoing clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
• Strong ethical judgment and professional boundaries.
• Ability to manage time, schedules, and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills-based therapy.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine service eligibility.
• Meet productivity and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with Fernbrook staff and external service providers.
• Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and professional development.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills-based therapy
