Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 1 year experience with children.
• Preferred: 1 year library experience.
• Willingness to learn district-approved technology and software.
• Knowledge of reading and information literacy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work with students individually or in groups on projects and assignments.
• Recommend books appropriate to grade level and interests.
• Assist with distribution and inventory of library materials and textbooks.
• Manage check-out and return using Destiny Library Management.
• Maintain organized, welcoming library space for students and staff.
• Support classroom technology and basic troubleshooting.
