• Observes classrooms and performs walk-throughs; conducts pre- and post-conference observations.
• Facilitates and attends various meetings.
• Handles attendance and truancy issues by meeting with students and contacting parents.
• Supervises hallways, lunchrooms and events.
• Supervises staff and evaluates performance, schedules, coaching and counseling as needed.
