Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Child Development or a related field is required.
• Minimum of one year in a school leadership or administrative role.
• At least three years of prior teaching experience.
• Knowledge of state education and licensing standards; maintains credentials.
• Broad understanding of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and safe environments.
• Preference for prior responsibility in school operations (maintenance oversight, program evaluation, staff management, and emergency procedures).

Responsibilities

• Instructional leadership with curriculum and instructional practice oversight.
• Observe classrooms, coach teachers, and drive instructional quality.
• Monitor student progress and support academic interventions.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain high-quality educators and staff.
• Lead campus operations, compliance, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Engage families, support enrollment goals, and build community partnerships.
