Qualifications

• Twelve (12) semester units in Early Childhood Education required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of education administration or business administration experience.
• At least one year of classroom teaching experience and licensing requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school administration team and deliver instructional programs.
• Oversee enrollment growth, family engagement, financial performance, and facilities oversight.
• Recruit, lead, and develop educators and maintain curriculum standards.
