Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in mixing and cooking ingredients according to approved recipes.
• Maintain a "clean-as-you-go" policy and sanitation practices.
• Record and maintain temperature charts for food and equipment.
• Review production records with the kitchen manager and ensure correct portions.
• Rotate stock using the first-in, first-out method.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and dating items.
• Operate and maintain the dish area and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
