Qualifications
- Previous work experience as a Dishwasher.
- Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.
- Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work in shifts.
Responsibilities
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Load and unload dishwashing machines.
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g., cutting boards, large pots and pans).
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
- Assist with deliveries and maintaining an organized back-of-house.
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins.
- Monitor dishwashing machine operations and report issues.
- Regularly remove garbage and sanitize the kitchen area.
