Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior food services or customer service experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a current food handler’s certificate.
• Basic math, ability to read/follow instructions, and understand multi-step instructions.
• Know health, sanitation and safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Prepare, serve, and store meals following HACCP standards.
• Enter meal accounting data in the POS system.
• Provide service in a respectful, multi-cultural environment.
• Assist lead staff and cover duties when needed.
