Job summary

The role emphasizes serving nutritious meals in a clean, efficient, and friendly environment. Responsibilities include meal service, customer service, line setup, and adherence to USDA reimbursement rules.

Qualifications

• Food services experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use new software systems.
• Bilingual as required by location.

Responsibilities

• Ensures district menu options are served according to recipes and menus.
• Provides excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assists with service line set up and restocking during meal periods.
• Ensures meals are reimbursable according to USDA regulations.
• Assists with accurate counting for daily production records.
• Preps, cleans and sanitizes service areas, prep stations and dishes.
• Assists with receiving and putting away orders.
• Follows Health Department standards for food safety and sanitation.
