Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up cutting boards, trash cans, mats, dish machines and pot sinks.
• Organize pot shelves for easy access by kitchen staff.
• Record concentrations of sanitizing solutions in dish machine and 3-compartment sink.
• Follow Quest policies and food safety guidelines.
