Qualifications

• Previous 2 years of high-volume kitchen and knife skills experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Ensure food is at correct temperature and served attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in ordering, receiving and inventory as required.
• Ensure HACCP standards are followed and safety procedures observed.
