Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food according to standardized recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portions and temps.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe food-handling practices.
• Stores and discards food per standards; keeps storage areas tidy.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning and records; aids in ordering and receiving.
• Reports maintenance issues promptly; observes safety meetings.
• Works well with coworkers and administrators; supports a safe work environment.
