Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open the kitchen early and prepare for breakfast service.

• Rotate through kitchen areas and supervise each during rotations.
• Place orders with purveyors and compare quality and price.
• Prepare soups, entrees, vegetables, and desserts; teach cooking classes.
