Job summary

Whitsons Culinary Group in Grafton, MA is seeking a School Food Service Worker to prep, portion and serve meals for students and staff. This role runs Monday–Friday during daytime hours with no nights or weekends, and summers off. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

You will follow all food safety guidelines, keep serving areas clean, and contribute to a welcoming mealtime atmosphere for children and school staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Food Handling certification preferred but not required.
• English proficiency and ability to lift 40 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Prep, portion, and serve meals to students and staff.
• Set up and clean serving areas and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming mealtime atmosphere.
• Support the team and jump in wherever needed.
