Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a licensed or pre-licensed therapist or social worker to provide school-based and in-home individual and group therapy to children and families in Howard County, MD. This partnership with Howard County Public Schools offers growth and professional development opportunities.

The role requires providing behavioral health services in clients' homes, schools, or other convenient locations, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or pre-licensed in Maryland as LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC or LCPC.
• Experience providing school-based and in-home therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral and mental health support through individual, family, and group therapy sessions in homes, schools, or other locations.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.
• Develop and update treatment plans with team input and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Complete thorough documentation and reports to ensure compliance and care coordination.
• Availability for evening work 2 times a week to accommodate schedules.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and periodic training sessions.
• Collaborate with school staff and community providers for coordinated care.
