Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and MD state license (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC or LCPC) required at time of hire.
• Experience providing psychosocial assessments and group therapy in a clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with treatment teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of social work services to an assigned caseload of Child & Adolescent patients.
• Complete a comprehensive psychosocial assessment on admission.
• Meet with patients and families to monitor and evaluate progress.
• Conduct daily group psychotherapy sessions and lead groups with the treatment team.
• Communicate all aspects of patient care to the treatment team.
