Responsibilities

• Collaborate with building admin team and central office to meet ISBE requirements.
• Foster distributive leadership and shared decision-making.
• Lead and facilitate professional development sessions.
• Develop and implement school-based professional development opportunities.
• Analyze school performance data and develop improvement strategies.
• Monitor the School Improvement Plan and address areas of need.
• Communicate between teachers, admins, and central office with clarity.
• Attend School Improvement Team and district meetings; 4–6 hours/month.
• Ensure ISBE compliance and awareness of deadlines.
• Provide guidance on ISBE requirements and deadlines.
