Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the building admin team, teachers, and Central Office to satisfy ISBE requirements for designated schools.
• Lead and facilitate professional development sessions aligned with the school’s improvement plan and district curriculum.
• Develop, coordinate and implement school-based PD to support student growth and instruction.
• Analyze school performance data to identify trends and develop improvement strategies.
• Assist in developing and monitoring the School Improvement Plan to address needs.
• Attend all scheduled School Improvement Team and district meetings; 4–6 hours monthly.
• Serve as liaison between teachers, admins and Central Office to ensure clear communication.
• Provide guidance on ISBE requirements and deadlines; maintain confidentiality.
