Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid WA driver’s license and ability to operate district vehicles.
• Knowledge of Direct Digital Control (DDC) Automated Systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HVAC system requirements and recommend improvements.
• Interpret diagrams and schematics for installations and repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify malfunctions and plan repairs.
• Install, maintain, and repair heat pumps, boilers and related equipment.
• Ensure work is performed with minimal disruption to school activities.
