Responsibilities

• Keep Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Units and water coolers in safe, working condition.
• Be familiar with trade codes and how to apply them.
• Work safely at all times.
• Read blueprints, pneumatic drawings, and schematics of this trade.
• Maintain tools and vehicle; inform supervisor of materials needed.
• Learn to work with other trades on the same job.
• Repair HVAC fittings, controls, and related equipment.
• Install, inspect, maintain, and rebuild HVAC systems and related components.
• Test, diagnose, and service equipment using test gear.
