Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC licenses (S-2, D-2 or P-2) preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and schematics.
• Familiarity with common hand and power tools and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of mechanical work for school facilities (HVAC, piping, water and boiler systems).
• Install and maintain air handling units and related components (fans, coils, filters, dampers).
• Ensure HVAC equipment operates efficiently to conserve energy.
• Assist other maintenance staff and maintain inventory; provide good customer service.
