Qualifications

• Demonstrated skill in the use of tools, materials and equipment common to the trades.
• Ability to work under emergency conditions to effect repairs with expediency.
• HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing license certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all HVAC, refrigeration and controls work using hand and power tools.
• Inspect equipment and machinery to determine proper functioning.
• Perform general building maintenance and alteration work.
• Conduct regular maintenance tasks including carpentry and plumbing.
• Make repairs to all district equipment as needed.
• Snow plowing as needed.
