Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll accurately for faculty and staff.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile earnings, taxes, and garnishments.
• Coordinate payroll tax reporting and year-end processing (W-2).
• Administer employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, onboarding, changes, offboarding.
• Administer benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 403(b), FSA, COBRA.
