Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree or 60 semester/90 quarter hours in Applied Science preferred.
• CAAHEP accreditation or related field preferred.
• Two years healthcare service experience at certified assistant level preferred.
• CPR and first aid training preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computer.

Responsibilities

• Administers treatments and medication per established protocol.
• Assists with health needs of students (sickness, first aid, personal hygiene).
• Conducts vision and hearing screenings as needed.
• Maintains health records and documentation.
• Consults with supervising nurse and external agencies.
• Orders and maintains inventory of supplies.
• All other duties as assigned.
